Jason is the founder of Birthmark Ministries. He is uniquely called to help others see and walk out God's call in their lives. As Minister of the Cross he proclaims the power of the cross to reconcile the family of God. He has spread this message in Cuba, Peru, Brazil and thoughout the USA.

Apostolic Evangelist

Rev. Dr. David V. Ford is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church (GMC) of Virginia, in which he is approved as an evangelist. David is under episcopal appointment as an evangelist to Birthmark Ministries. David has served pastorates in Florida, Georgia, & Virginia. In the course of David’s 43 years of ministry, he has been a part of starting three new churches, served established churches, served as a chaplain at the University of Virginia Health University Medical Center, and as a director of youth ministry. David has taken-part in short-term mission trips to Russia, Nicaragua, Paraguay, & Cuba.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in religion & philosophy from Palm Beach Atlantic College (now University); the Master of Divinity degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University; and the Doctor of Ministry degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. David’s published doctoral dissertation is entitled, Equipping the Saints: Best Practices in Establishing a Five-Fold Equipping Ministry Team. David is working to grow a cohort of Asbury Theological Seminary students in Virginia. David serves on the Church Multiplication Team of the GMC of VA.

David’s passion in ministry is to make the Good News of Christ’s kingdom fully-known by word, by deed, & by signs & wonders in the power of the Holy Spirit, so as to make disciples who have born-anew by the Spirit of God, through faith in the Son of God, who receive & enter the kingdom of God, take their place in the church of God, & join in the mission of God.

Bible Teacher

Betty McKinney has been engaged in full-time ministry for 35 years. She served as a Bible Teacher and Group Manager on hundreds of mission trips to Brazil and Cuba. Betty has guided Biblical study tours of Israel and Turkey for many years. Her teaching focuses on the purpose and plan of God for Israel and the nations as He brings forth His eternal kingdom upon the earth.

Missional Evangelist

Randall Cupp has a passion to preach God's word. He is committed to God's mission in his daily life. He serves powerfully in the ministry of deliverance. Randall served two years as a missionary in Brazil. He has also ministered in Cuba and Israel multiple times.
